Welcome

Welcome!  If you are looking for an experienced licensed massage therapist you've come to the right place. I've been practicing massage therapy for 29 years.  My job, essentially, is to listen with skilled hands and help people let go of stress, pain and chronic holding in their bodies. This promotes deep relaxation, pain relief, and restoration of a more balenced, freer flowing body...which includes our heads.

Letting go feels good and it just happens to be good for you! Touch is our most important sense and central to our nervous system. It is also a very powerful healer. In addition to playing an integral role in the healing of muscular injury, research has shown that massage therapy significantly aids in the treatment of most chronic illnesses, including cancer, neurological conditions, mental health, and so much more.

You don't need to be ill, injured or wealthy to receive the many benefits of massage.  Stress relief, improved circulation and neuromuscular stimmulation are very powerful ways to prevent illness and improve you overall sense of health and well being.

Covid-19 policy and proticols   My office is a healthcare setting as well as a very relaxing environment.  I ask all my clients to wear a mask during their entire massage and encourage clients to be fully vaccinated. I wear an N95 at all times and am fully vaccinated.  I take a great deal of care to clean, ventilate between appointments and use an air purifier in the treatment room.  Updated 1/30/23
